Introduction:
If you are not thoughtful, you cannot be thankful. If it is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord, and so it is a bad thing not to give God thanks Psalm 92:1-2. Thanksgiving commands blessings. Those who are thankful cannot be small. When you murmur, it brings stagnation and delay. But when lift up your voice and thank God for both the good and the bad, it has tended your miracle Romans 8:28.
When you lack purpose, you will not know how to thank God. Thanksgiving is a good thing that connects people to the good things of God Ps.92:1-2.
a. The seed of thanksgiving produce the harvest of good things. Those who give God’s goodness and good things.
b. Giving of thanks is the receiving of good things from God’s promises Joshua 23:14
c. If you cannot see the last good things God has done for you, you’ll not be part of the next he will do.

(b) Lifestyle of thanksgiving turns a person into a generation wonder Ps.30:10-12; 71:7-8
2. The absence of thanksgiving brings you abundance of shame, it will pursue you, Prov.3:35
3. Thanksgiving is a doorway to glory, and when there’s no glory, shame will encompass you. Jer.30:19. Gratefulness leads to abundance.
